Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit Escape ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the game. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

NO ACCOUNTS NO TRACKING NO ADS NO DATA COLLECTED

Orbit Escape is a single-player offline arcade game. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. All game data stays on your device.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. The App does not request your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information.

Data created and stored locally

To make the game work, the App saves the following information only on your device using Android local storage (SharedPreferences). This data is never sent to us or any third party:

Best scores and best distances for each difficulty mode
Local leaderboard (your top 10 scores on this device)
Achievement progress and unlock status
Total obstacles dodged, power-ups collected, and play time
Your saved game progress (for the "Continue" feature)
Your settings (theme, graphics quality, control sensitivity, and visual-effect toggles)

This information exists solely to save your progress and preferences between sessions.

How Your Data Is Stored

All game data is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to any server, cloud service, or external system. Because the data lives only on your device:

It is removed if you uninstall the App.
It can be erased at any time using the Reset Progress option in the in-game Settings screen, or by clearing the leaderboard from the Leaderboard screen.
We have no access to it and cannot recover it for you.

Device Permissions

Orbit Escape does not require any sensitive Android permissions to play. The App does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, files, or storage outside its own app sandbox.

If a future version requests a new permission, this policy will be updated to describe what the permission is used for before that version is released.

Children's Privacy

Orbit Escape is suitable for a general audience and is safe for children. Because the App does not collect any personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

The App complies with the principles of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families policy by simply not collecting data. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

Third-Party Services

Orbit Escape does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, social networks, or data brokers. There are no embedded SDKs that collect or transmit your data.

The App does not use Google Play Games Services, online leaderboards, or cloud save. The leaderboard in the game is entirely local to your device.

If you obtained the App through the Google Play Store, your interaction with the store itself is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, which is independent of this App.

Data Security

Since no data is transmitted off your device, there is no transmission to intercept. Locally stored game data is kept within the App's private storage area, which Android isolates from other apps. Maintaining the overall security of your device (for example, with a screen lock and up-to-date software) remains your responsibility.

Your Choices & Rights

You are always in control of your data:

Delete in-app: Use "Reset Progress" in Settings to permanently erase all scores, achievements, settings, and saved progress.
Clear leaderboard: Use the clear option on the Leaderboard screen to erase your local top-10 scores.
Uninstall: Removing the App deletes all of its locally stored data.

Because we do not collect or hold any of your personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, or delete on your behalf.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page and post the updated policy at the same URL. Significant changes will be reflected in an App update. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
